Production characteristics of cold rolling mill

2. The ability to correct the original wall thickness is large, the geometric dimensions are accurate, and the surface finish is high.
3. The deformation of the pass is large, the pipe wall pressure is 75% ~ 85%, and the diameter reduction is 65%.
4. Greatly reduce intermediate processes, such as heat treatment, pickling, heading, straightening, and sawing, shorten the process flow, reduce the loss of metal materials, and increase the yield.
